 The TII 170 Series Outdoor Sealed Wire Terminal Enclosure is a versatile outdoor housing, designed and tested to the industry’s most stringent environmental standards. The TII 170 is specifically designed to accommodate two separate TII 68 Series or TII SVM modules in the upper or lower positions of the enclosure. Featuring snap in retaining tabs, this flexible design offers the customer the ability to order the TII 170 in multiple configurations.
PRODUCT BENEFITS
--Two grommets are located at the bottom of base plate for wire penetration. A third grommet is located in the wiring trough in the back of the base plate for rear wiring of the assembly.
--The cover is side hinged to the base, snaps shut securely and can be sealed using a hex-head screw.
--When equipped with TII’s 68 Sealed Termination Block or SVM, terminations are made by means of gel-sealed insulation displacement contacts (IDC) and convenient tool-less rocker assemblies.
--The TII 68 Series termination blocks and SVMsaccept 26 through 22 gauge solid conductor wire sizes.
